A Russian NTV chanel television grab shows an outside view of a destroyed street cafe in central Pyatigorsk on August 17, 2010. At least 22 people were injured in a suspected car bomb explosion outside a cafe in the Russian spa town of Pyatigorsk in the foothills of the Caucasus mountains, news agencies reported.
