El Airbus A380 es el avión de transporte de pasajeros más grande del mundo. Cuenta con la mayor cantidad de plazas de la historia de la aviación, sobrepasando los 500 asientos. Este avión supera al mítico Boeing 747 tanto en plazas como en confort. Sus características lo han convertido en un hito de la aviación comercial. El enfoque de diseño y construcción del Airbus A380 está basado en un innovador sistema de administración ambientalista. Es decir, un sistema que realiza un seguimiento que minimiza el impacto ambiental del avión a lo largo de su vida. El A380 utiliza un 17% menos de combustible que cualquier avión comercial de tamaño grande y esta significativa diferencia lo pone a la cabeza de las campañas para producir menos emisiones tóxicas. Una menor quema de combustible también significa una menor emisión de CO2. Última entrega de este documental, una de las producciones que representan la línea de divulgación científica y técnica de Discovery Channel. Producido por Darlow Smithson y Tom Brisley, el proyecto ha contado también con la participación de Charles Champion, Vicepresidente Ejecutivo del Proyecto Airbus A380, líder del sector de aviones de pasajeros de Europa.
Chanel’s 2012 Spring-Summer Ad Campaign combines a mixture of entirely majestic with a touch of athletic to showcase the upcoming collection. Shot by Karl Lagerfeld, the campaign focuses on the clothing and accessories being portrayed in a very elegant manner, as the models pose on different athletic (mostly gymnastic) apparatuses.
I adore these photos and think Karl was completely correct to deliver the photos in black and white. I was immediately drawn in and have yet to feel uninspired by a single photo. Chanel is known for its timeless appeal and not only does the clothing and bags show that they will stand the test of time, but just as equally the photos do.
